The Equine Trader advertisements are provided by advertisers but give no warranty and makes no representation as to the truth, accuracy or sufficiency of any advertisement or any description, photograph or statement therein. The Equine Trader accepts no liability for any loss suffered by any person as a consequence of reliance on any advertisement or other material on this website or any newsletter provided by this website. The Equine Trader assumes no responsibility for broken website links that have been altered by the advertisee. All changes must be made in writing to us at TheEquineTrader.com Whilst every effort if made to ensure the smooth running and availability of TheEquineTrader.com website, in the event that TheEquineTrader.com website is unavailable to the public for any length of time due to technical difficulties, a refund will not be issued to advertisers. The Equine Trader reserves the right to refuse, suspend, remove or move any advertisement and reserves the right to shorten descriptions if required. The Equine Trader reserves the right to add information to the advert that has been provided by the advertiser i.e., a title and to move adverts to different categories within the site if it is felt that it would be more beneficial and appropriate. The adveriser is responsible for checking their advert and its accuracy and to notify The Equine Trader of any errors or alterations required. The advertiser agrees to allow The Equine Trader to use their advert and images in emails, newsletters, RSS feeds and graphic images created for the use of The Equine Trader website. The terms and conditions set out on this page apply to both free and paid for adverts. Free adverts can include an unlimited description, name and contact number for the seller and does not include a picture and cannot include a website address. Such information will be removed. Limited to one advert per person. The offer of free advertising is available to private indvidual sellers only and not to traders. The website contains advertisements from private individuals and from traders. It is the legal responsibility of traders to make it clear in their advertisements that they are in fact: TRADERS or DEALERS, etc. Front Page and Search Page Adverts Front page and search page featured adverts are available to businesses selling horses. Any remaining space will be filled with adverts from private seller. These adverts will be picked at random by The Equine Trader. Adverts on these pages will be on a rotational basis. Whilst every effort is made to meet the wishes of our advertisers, the publisher and website makes no guarantee to the position, insertion, colour or quality of the photos of any particular advert. Videos Links All videos must be uploaded to a site that streams videos i.e., YouTube or simular. The Equine Trader accepts no responsibility for broken links, errors or faults associated to the site that your video is uploaded to. It is the responsibility of the seller/advertisee to ensure that the link is correct and is available through their chosen site. Length of Advert As part of our on-going effort to provide the most value in advertising, we offer you (the advertiser) an option to choose how long your advert runs. Your advert can run for 3, 6 or 12 months and is specific to the horse that you are advertising at the time of processing your order. For example, if you opt for the 12 months and you sell your horse within 6 months you cannot replace that advert with a new horse for the remaining 6 months. This option is available to Business Advertiser only. If you sell your horse and wish to replace it with another, you will be required to pay for advertising of the new horse at the current advertising rate. Advertisers Warranty and Indemnity ADVERTISERS WARRANTY AND INDEMNITY - Advertisers (including agencies) upon and by lodging material with The Equine Trader for publication or authorising or approving the publication of any material either in this website or at any time in the future HEREBY INDEMNIFY The Equine Trader Limited, its servants and agents against all actions, claims or proceedings of any kind whatsoever arising from the lodging or publication of that material and without limiting the generality of the foregoing INDEMNIFY each of them in relation to any breach of copyright, infringement of trademarks or names of publication titles, breach of unfair competition or trade descriptions legislation infringement of royalties or violation of rights of privacy or defamation or slander action AND WARRANT that the material complies with all relevant laws and regulations and that The Equine Trader will not give rise to any rights against or liability of The Equine Trader, is servants or agents and in particular that nothing therein is false or capable of being misleading or deceptive or otherwise in breach of the Trade Descriptions Act, the Fair Trading Act or other applicable legislation. The Equine Trader makes no commitment to the advertiser that their horse or pony will be sold through The Equine Trader website. The Equine Trader reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of advertising at any point in time. Advertisers of veterinary chemical products (including vitamins, minerals and food additives), WARRANT that their products comply with the (Agvet) Code and INDEMNFY The Equine Trader, its servants and agents in relation to any prosecution, action or claim there under. Email is used at the advertisers risk. Colour adverts transmitted by email may vary from the original photograph and therefore The Equine Trader accepts no responsibility for such variations. The Equine Trader reserve the right to alter the size of the picture to fit the size acceptable for this website. Advertisers must ensure that photographer's credits are included when email information and advertisers INDEMNIFY The Equine Trader Limited against any action or claim arising from the advertisers failure to provide credits. |
