Created by an individual with a passion for horses The Equine Trader web site has been designed to offer a quick and effortless way for buyers and seller to search horses for sale in and around the country.
How are we different?
At The Equine Trader we offer a personal service to both buyers and sellers around the country. We are available 7 days a week to answer your questions and help with your adverts. We understand the importance of selling horses in sometimes-urgent circumstances, so we use every opportunity to get your horse noticed and if we can offer suggestions in how to enhance your advert we will.

To the buyer, we offer to help you find your next horse by scouring through hundreds of horses in our database and sending you information on any horse that matches your needs. With our Free Members Account you can save horses to your favourite list for easy viewing at a later date, so there’s no need to search through hundreds of ad to find that one horse you were interested in.
To the Seller, we offer you the opportunity to advertise your horse for free with our 1 month trial ad. It’s basic, but free! See what’s included in our Free Ad offer.
To the Seller that opts for our Featured Ad we offer you more ways to get your horse noticed than any other equine advertising website or magazine in the country. As part of our service to our paying advertisers our team will dedicate time to searching for suitable buyers and directing them to you. We use a number of resources to find these buyers including our network of friends, livery yards, riding schools, magazines, our horse e-newsletter, the internet and via our Facebook and Twitter pages.
To Equine Businesses we offer various sizes of banners to advertise your services. However, due to our strong beliefs that there are too many web sites out there with hundreds of flashing rotating banners that can often make a web site messy, harder to navigate and often distracting, space is limited.
